Dr. Adam M Cramer, PT, DPT is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy and Courtney Cramer, PTA is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant own MyoFit Clinic. Dr. Cramer earned his doctorate in physical therapy degree from Gannon University in Erie, Pennsylvania. He completed his undergraduate training at Cleveland State University where he earned a bachelor science in health sciences and Bachelor of science in sociology. Courtney earned a bachelors degree in Fine Arts and a Associates in Physical Therapy Assisting from Kent State University. Dr. Cramer has extensive training in natural pain management interventions, manual therapy including Dry needling and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, strength and conditioning, orthopedic, geriatric and neurological rehabilitation, and wellness services such as massage and yoga. The Cramer’s enjoy spending quality time with each other, their four children, exercising, making music/art and serving their communities. MyoFit Clinic gets Middlefield moving!
