Dedicated One-on-One Care, Tailored to You
At MyoFit Clinic, you get one-on-one physical therapy care from a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy or Physical Therapist Assistant.
Most patients pay nothing out of pocket. Our treatments are covered up to 100% through most major medical insurances, including Medicare and Medicaid. We handle the insurance verification for you, so you know exactly what’s covered before your first visit. No hidden costs, no surprises.
We are in-network with most major insurance providers, including:
- AARP
- Aetna
- Anthem BCBS
- CareSource
- Cigna
- Humana
- Medical Mutual
- Medicaid
- Medicare
- Molina
- Ohio Bureau of Workers Compensation
- Paramount
- Tricare
- United Healthcare
In Ohio, you do not need a physician’s prescription to receive physical therapy — your insurance will still cover it. If you’re a Medicare patient, we’ll help you obtain the necessary referral.
We welcome walk-ins for all conditions and guarantee you’ll be seen within 24-48 hours of scheduling your initial evaluation.
We also accept cash payments. See our price list and treatment packages with flexible payment plans and options.

Physical therapy is about more than recovering from an injury. It’s an active, ongoing approach to improving your strength, movement, and overall wellness. Our therapists specialize in analyzing how you move — identifying injury risk, correcting imbalances, and improving posture — so you can live a more active, healthy, and pain-free life
What to Expect When You Schedule Your First Visit
Scheduling your first evaluation is the first step toward feeling better. Here’s everything you need to know before you walk through our doors.
What to Wear: Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely. Your therapist will need to fully assess your injury, so avoid tight clothing that may restrict movement.
What to Bring:
- Insurance card
- Photo ID
- Co-pay (if applicable — call your insurance company ahead of time if you’re unsure)
- Current medication list
- Any paperwork, referrals, or documentation from your physician related to your injury
What to Expect: Your first visit is a one-on-one evaluation lasting 45 minutes to one hour with a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy. During that time your therapist will:
- Review and evaluate your injury
- Answer all of your questions
- Create a personalized treatment plan designed to heal your injury and get you back to normal life
After your evaluation you will schedule your upcoming appointments and begin therapy right away.
At MyoFit, you will always be treated by a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy or licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with advanced training — never by unlicensed support staff such as an aide or technician.
Before you are discharged, you will feel confident managing your condition independently and living life on your terms.
