We are located at 2916 West Ridge Rd. E., Ashtabula, OH 44004. You can call us at 440-993-1004 as we are starting to accept new clients at this beautiful facility! We will be offering the same direct access, no referral needed, one on one therapy services with a licensed #DoctorOfPhysicalTherapy. We will also be offering at this location Pediatric Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Occupational Therapy services.
